Patricia A. Connolly

Ms. Connolly has over 20 years of experience in real estate investment management, property management, leasing and corporate strategic initiatives. She is currently Chief Investment Officer for Beaverbrook Properties LLC, investing and greening under-valued residential assets. She also acts as Chief Operating Officer for The Acton Handyman LLC, integrating green strategies into renovation decisions and in advising healthy and resource-efficient practices among homeowners.

Previously, Ms. Connolly achieved the role of Director of Sustainability as part of RREEF Real Estate’s Global Management Team, shaping and coordinating comprehensive sustainability and green building programming and related environmental and energy strategies for RREEF worldwide. She joined RREEF, a Member of the Deutsche Bank Group, in 2005 in the New York Corporate Office as a Regional Manager. In 2006, she was named Regional Director overseeing property management in the Northeast, responsible for 18 million square feet of office and industrial assets from Portland, ME to Philadelphia, PA. In 2007, she was promoted to Director in her role as Portfolio Manager overseeing two of the firm’s pension fund clients’ separate accounts, whose real estate portfolios were valued at over $1 billion and consisted of office, industrial, retail and multi-family assets located across the US.

Prior to joining RREEF, Ms. Connolly was Senior Vice President with Shorenstein Realty Services East, LLC overseeing East Coast property management for Class A trophy office buildings from Boston, MA to Charlotte, NC. She was previously with Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc., culminating a 14-year career as Regional Operations Manager in Manhattan overseeing property teams associated with a portfolio of 23 million square feet of commercial office buildings and serving a roster of prestigious clients. During her Jones Lang LaSalle tenure, she specialized in office, retail and industrial property management and leasing in a variety of markets along the East Coast from Boston, MA to Miami, FL. Before attending business school, she began her professional career as a product research engineer with Procter & Gamble and also served as a technical supervisor with Polaroid Corporation.

Ms. Connolly is a member of the Urban Land Institute Responsible Property Investing Council, US Green Building Council, WX-NY (Women Executives in New York Real Estate), the Harvard Club of Boston, and Tufts Admissions Alumnae Program. Ms. Connolly currently holds advisory board positions for GreenPearl Events (in New York), the Building Energy Summit (in Washington, DC), the Harvard Business School Real Estate Alumni Association, and the Harvard Real Estate Academic Initiative. She previously co-chaired the Urban Land Institute’s New York Sustainable Building Council and held seats on the Board of Directors for the Real Estate Board of New York, the Building Owners and Managers Association in New York, and The Outreach Project. She is a licensed broker in New York and Florida, and a licensed Massachusetts salesperson. She has been actively involved in fund raising for her Harvard Business School and Tufts University class reunions, The Outreach Project and the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer in New York and Boston.

Ms. Connolly earned her Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Tufts University and holds a Masters of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
